Poultry Flooring

A poultry house in West Flanders, where the floor has to take daily wash-down, constant moisture and bird and machine traffic, and be back in service quickly between cycles.

The certified build-up was applied over the existing concrete without demolition: Eco Primer, then Eco Rapid SL, then Eco Hydro Sil, at approximately 3 mm in total.

A seamless, washable surface with no joints for bacteria to collect in — antibacterial, vapour-permeable, heat resistant to 700 °C, food and animal approved, and EMICODE EC1PLUS.
