The range covers industrial floors, screeds, waterproofing, wall systems, primers and repair, all on the same silicate binder. Application temperature and thickness differ per system, so both are stated on every system. Each system has its own published technical data sheet.
For warehouses, garages and heavy-duty traffic. Walkable in four hours, fully loadable in four days.
For thermal load, chemical attack and antistatic floors. 700 °C intermittent, pH 3 to 14, DIN EN 61340-5-1.
For parking decks, ramps and general industrial floors under vehicle load.
For design floors in retail, hospitality and residential work. Applied from 1 mm, pigmentable up to 2%.
For grindable mineral terrazzo floors. Applied 6 to 60 mm, grindable after one day.
For levelling subfloors indoors. Applied 5 to 70 mm, strength class CT-C25-F5.
For levelling indoors and outdoors. Applied 5 to 70 mm, strength class CT-C40-F7.
For garages, screeds and halls indoors. Self-levelling, applied 2 to 50 mm, abrasion class A22.
For tanks, pools and drinking water contact. Waterproof to 1.5 bar at 4 mm, KTW and KSW approved.
For water-retaining structures. Waterproof to 1.5 bar at 7 days and 5 bar at 28 days, DVGW W270 and W347.
For balconies, basements, tanks and pools. Flexible two-component waterproofing, watertight to 0.5 bar, crack-bridging up to 2 mm.
For substrates that move. Crack-bridging from 1.3 mm to DIN EN 14891, waterproof to 2 bar.
For mineral wall finishes indoors. Applied up to 30 mm, compressive strength approx. 8 N/mm².
For walls exposed to moisture penetration. Impregnating topcoat.
For priming absorbent substrates. Aqueous and silicate-based, dry in 2 hours, overcoat within 6 hours.
For design and residential floors, not for industrial use. Single-component.
EMICODE EC2For impregnating substrates against penetrating moisture.
For filling cracks and cavities in the substrate before the system is laid. Fast curing.
